The Club at Monterra is located near the Pine Island Road gate, designed with families in mind the clubhouse includes amenities such as two basketball courts, tennis court, resort style swimming pool, splash pad,  meeting room, billiards room, exercise area, children’s play area.

  1. Read and sign Reservation Agreement. 
  2. Submit SEPARATE CHECKS as per the agreement, to the Club Manager. Checks made payable to: Monterra CDD
  3. Include copies of licenses and certificate of insurance for any vendors you may hire for the event. Vendors must be insured with $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage. Please have your vendor include on insurance certificate the following as additional insureds or additional named insureds.
